Fabulous weekend in Paris!
The pictures don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! From the location to every little detail thought of. The host was extremely attentive and ensured our visit was perfect. This will be my home away from home anytime I visit Paris!

Feel like home in Paris
This apt is beautiful and modern. The neighborhood is wonderful with restaurants and shops. Metro locations are close. I was with my childhood friend two women in their 60’s so we really appreciated the elevator. We were able to enjoy our mornings before heading out to see the sights. I hope to be back and will be recommending to my friends! Thank you for a wonderful week.

This Incredible apartment is in a wonderful part of the city but also on a quaint, quiet street. The owner and property manager were both very helpful and responsive. Beautifully decorated, nice use of space ans lmk and stocked kitchen. Great

Parisian Life at its Best
My family of 4 (which includes 2 teenagers; ages 16 and 14) recently spent 1 week at rue de Naverre in Paris. It was in a quiet area with TONS of restaurants and stores. It is conveniently located between 2 metro lines (7 & 10) for complete ease of getting around the city. We ate many nights in restaurants but did cook in one evening. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, plates, cutlery and anything else you could need to make meals if you prefer staying in a night or two. The beds were extremely comfortable and the check in process was very easy. My husband keeps talking about staying here again when we return to Paris in the future. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you for sharing your wonderful apartment with my family and we will be back!

Wonderful Parisian Apartment
David and his property manager, Aires, are great hosts. Lovely quiet residential neighborhood that is just steps from 2 metro stops and walking distance to the Pantheon and fun restaurants. Very comfortable beds, shower and little extras (fans, hair dryer/flat iron, soaps, coffee, Britta) that really make it feel like home. Excellent communication. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you.

Elegant, well appointed and fantastic
This flat was exactly as advertised and everything we could have dreamed for, for our week in Paris. Conveniently located close to the Place Monge Metro station and close access to any local shop and restaurant imaginable. Especially wonderful for those who cook - the kitchen is amazing! Seeped in Parisian history in a wonderful, vibrant neighborhood. Will visit again and again and again if life allows.

An absolute gem in the heart of Latin Quarter
This is such an amazing place in a great location, it was difficult to leave. We felt so fortunate to find this gem and are very impressed with the owners, the apartment was designed with love and care, it had everything one may need during vacation and the best quality of furniture, decor, kitchen appliances and utensils. We have been to Paris on multiple occasions and this by far was the most comfortable and memorable stay. The garden view was very old Paris, also gave us an opportunity to do some bird watching. So many amazing memories and experiences we all would love to come back! Thank you!

Great 2-bedroom in the 5th
If you’ve rented apartments in Paris before, you’ll really appreciate this place. Spacious, nice Parisian details, quiet, convenient, and only 2 flights of stairs. There is also a tiny elevator which is great for handling suitcases when you check-in and check out. The bathroom is small, but the kitchen makes up for this with everything you would need to cook for your friends. I look forward to renting this place again.

Lovely - peaceful - perfect location
We loved our rental in the Latin Quarter. We were near everything (including metro and multiple places for food, and grocery stores - lots of information provided in the arrival book) and across from a lovely park. The beautiful trees outside our bedroom windows were amazing. The furnishings were wonderfully interesting and artful. The kitchen was perfect and I had missed in the booking that there is a washer and dryer which was a lovely surprise to have! Any one interested in Jazz should know there is an incredible store right next door.

Great Location / Spacious Apartment
Large living room to lounge in which is unusual for Paris apartments. Very convenient location. Quiet and clean. The four of us slept comfortably on two twin/queen size beds and a sofa fold out. Cute kitchen with small but efficient layout. Included washer/drier combo and a dishwasher. Squeaky hardwood floors gives it a certain charm. Only ding is the door handles and toilet paper holder: they kept coming off. That needs to be fixed. We'd stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location
We had an wonderful time staying for a week at this lovely apartment. The apartment was comfortable and in a wonderful location with lots to do in the area and such easy access to the rest of Paris. As others have said, the Metro is just half a block away and there are so many restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and brasseries within walking distance, plus Notre Dame is only a 15 minute walk. We also loved having the Arenes Lutece, the Jardin des Plantes, and the Marche Monge just steps away. Also, it was great being able to arrange to have limo pickup and dropoff at CDG with the property manager. M. Habib, the limo driver, was delightful.

A Special Apartment in Paris
A unique blend of old Paris and modern amenities. The 5th Arr is a place to experience how locals live. The area has a vibrant feel from the students to all the great cafes and stores near by this apartment. Open air markets, fresh cheeses, old bookstores are just a few of the amazing places with in a few blocks. We choose to use Batobus, a hop on/off boat option on the Seine, just a few blocks down and by the Jardin des Plants as our preferred method of travel. Amazing to see La Tour Eiffel for the first time from a boat. Can not say enough great things about the apartment! Thanks for the trip of a lifetime.

Wonderful home away from home in Paris
This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 to visit Paris! It was beautifully maintained and conveniently located near the metro. It was easy to get anywhere and just far enough out of the way to be Quiet! It was truly the perfect little neighborhood. If I had To complain about anything, it would be the comfort of the beds, in particular the master bed. It was very hard and made for a rough night sleep for us, as we both have back issues. Other than that, it was perfect in every way!

This is a very secure apartment in a great location. You can explore all of Paris with close transport links, or enjoy local gardens nearby. We liked the handy kitchen, bathroom and comfy beds. It has quality furnishings and a relaxed atmosphere. It was comforting to know the other tenants were Parisian owner/occupiers. Recommended.

Clean and cozy get away in central Latin Quarter location
The apartment lived up to the description and the reviews. We found it a very clean and functional apartment in a great location. The neighborhood was very quiet at night and during the day gave us a glimpse of a true Parisian neighborhood. The weather fluctuated during the week and the heat worked well. The windows don't have screens so we only opened the windows in the early morning and used the floor fans to move air during the night when it got a little stuffy. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy meals in the apartment regularly although there was food at every corner. The linen was great and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear the neighbors unless we were in the stairwell. The neighbors we did run in to were very pleasant. We would stay again should we be fortunate to visit again.

Our second trip to 5 Rue de Navarre. We love this apartment for what is inside it (lovely beds, well-equipped kitchen, charming space) and what is outside it (Les Jardins des Plantes, Marche Monge, Maison Gregoire, and L’Arene Lutece).

Fantastic Paris apartment with unbeatable location
We stayed here for a week with our two young daughters and cannot recommend the apartment highly enough. The flat, in a charming Paris building, is spacious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. And the location on the Left Bank is fantastic. Unlike other parts of Paris that are frequently overrun with tourists, this neighborhood still offers visitors a feeling of really living in this wonderful city - bakeries, butchers and cheese stores on the Rue Monge a block away, and a street market three days a week. The old Roman amphitheater across the street has a park for kids to play, and the botanical garden around the corner offers beautiful open space. Yet all the sites are within easy reach on the Metro or by foot - Notre Dame, the Luxembourg gardens and St. Germain are less than 15 minutes walk away. We will definitely stay here again when back in Paris.

Perfect Paris residence
Roomy, restful and lovingly appointed--comfortable for meals after touring the town or staging a night on town. Exactly as described and one of the very best VRBO rentals that we've enjoyed. Two blocks from the wonderful National Botanical Gardens--great for strolling in the sun among your Parisian neighbors and families. Around the corner from 3 different boulangeries and a grand fromagerie on Rue Monge--too, for other essentials, there's a Carrefour City 3 blocks away. Mornings--pick up some local croissants and enjoy the birdsong coming from the Arenes de Lutece. Later, Notre Dame de Paris and the Ile d'France are within a 15 minute stroll. For getting around town, the Rue de Navarre entry to the Place Monge Metro stop is about 50 meters from the main apartment entry. Take the #7 to the Louvre and Organerie, or switch to the #10 for the d'Orsay. Returning on the 10, stop at Place Maubert to pick up lunch or dinner bread at La Maison d’Isabelle and your choice of fromage at Laurent Dubois. Enjoy the stroll back home.

Perfect in Paris
The apartment is lovely and comfortable, great shower and well appointed kitchen. The location was within walking distance of metro and train stations and the river Seine, The neighborhood was full of grocery, bakery and dining options, plus a terrific farmer’ s market. The streets are very well lit, and it felt quite safe walking around,even in the very early hours on way to the train station. The locals were friendly and helpful with our limited French language skills. It was a memorable first trip to Paris, and this home made all the difference to our experience!

An elegant and cozy Paris haven.
I am happy to report this is my third stay at Saint Victor, a very special Paris apartment. I visit Paris yearly and have for the last 20+. I have rented numerous apartments and nothing comes close to the location, elegance, spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness of what I like to refer to as “my home away from home, “ and why I keep coming back to Saint Victor. I love the close proximity to being in the natural world with a five minute walk to the beautiful Jardin de Plantes. I also appreciate the recommended airport car service round trip, reasonably priced and highly reliable. Read my prior reviews, this unique Paris apartment has it all. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Beautiful apartment, well located and nicely furnished
The pictures give a good idea about the beauty of the place. Its a nicely renovated apartment in a great location. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We were warmly welcomed by a nice young "greeter" who explained all we needed to know. Every thing worked well. The kitchen was nicely stocked and easy to use. I hope we can return to the same place in years to come.

Fabulous experience
We really enjoyed our stay at Steven’s apartment. It was everything that we expected and more. It was clean beautifully decorated and had every convenience of a home that you may want. The beds were comfortable the kitchen is fully stocked and you could prepared a meal without leaving the house. There are bakeries butcher shops and cheese shops including little vegetables stands along the main road. We had the real Parisian experience going to the bakery to get a baguette then going to the fromagerie to get some cheese and the butcher to get some meats and then to the vegetable stand to get some vegetables and fruits. The house was very quiet but yet if you just walk out the door and get to the main street you can really see the beautiful vibrant life of Paris. We really felt like we were Parisians and we would definitely stay there again if we came back to Paris.

Charming, spacious, and lovely apartment in a wonderful location
My family of four was so happy here. Middle aged couple with 8 and 10 year old daughters. Charming, thoughtfully appointed, and spotless apartment. Lovely, soft bedding. Combination washer/dryer in kitchen (don't put too many clothes in at once). Heated towel racks in bathroom and kitchen. All the cookware and utensils you need to cook delicious food along with lovely napkins, dishcloths, etc. Spacious. In a wonderful location across the street from the Arenes de Lutece. Le Marche Monge a few blocks away, an outdoor food market that made me swoon. The building is old and lovely on a quiet street corner with a massive blue door. A block from la Rue Monge where you can get everything you need for living. So many delicious boulangeries and patisseries. My daughters went out together in the morning to bring us back breakfast. Less than a block from the Metro. A magical apartment if you want to sleep in comfortable beds, drink double espressos in the morning and red wine at night, cook delicious food (when you feel like it), and venture forth into beautiful Paris with a space to return to that feels like home.

Wonderful French Apartment, Located in quiet Parisian Neighborhood, Excellent Amenities--Loved it!
This apartment was ideal for a mother/daughter stay but would have also been perfect for two couples. If you like antiques and oriental rugs for the comfort of home, this is the place for you. Our host was very accommodating and charming. There were no issues with our stay and we would love to come back again.

The perfect home away from home.
This Paris apartment is incredibly comfortable and elegant. With roomy spaces this special flat is beautifully appointment with everything you need. We are happy to report that this is our second stay and truly it feels like home to us. Great location for walking just about anywhere in Paris. We feel very spoiled now and can’t imagine staying anywhere else while being in our favorite city in the world. To be sure we highly recommend it.

Highly recommend staying here! To start, the location cannot be beat. Everything you need is about 1-2 blocks away – grocery, fresh market, wine store, bakery, pharmacy. The quiet, tucked-away Metro stop is even closer – literally just a few doors down from the apartment. Having a Roman arena right outside was pretty special too – ancient history mixed with kids playing soccer, people picnicking. The Jardin du Plantes/Zoo and banks of the Seine are within a 10-15-minute walk. The neighborhood is beautiful and walking around felt perfectly safe. The apartment building was always quiet and the furnishings were perfect. We lacked nothing. The kitchen is very well-appointed; we mostly ate out but everything is there if you wanted to cook. We became quick fans of the awesome Jura coffee maker. I miss it even now! Lots of beautiful art, rugs, books about Paris, comfortable beds and linens. The large windows opening onto the street and inner courtyard brought in breezes and the most soothing natural light. It was easy to feel the relaxation of vacation just sitting in the living room. Stephen, who oriented us to the apartment, and the House Information Notebook were a big help too – lots of good tips and well-explained instructions. I sincerely hope we’ll have another opportunity to visit again.

The best Paris apartment experince
This was a wonderful two bedroom apartment in a quiet street! You can walk to many shops and the metro is very close. The apartment is amazingly decorated and is quite large! The host, Stephen, was extraordingly helpful in showing us around the apartment and being sure we were oriented on getting around. When we go back I said I will look for no other place to stay in a Paris. Thank you!

We loved this apartment! It is located in an elegant building, and it is spacious, elegantly furnished and very welcoming. The beautiful botanical gardens are nearby and we were able to walk comfortably to Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou and the Louvre. The area is full of nice restaurants, irresistible bakeries and lively coffee shops. We loved spending time in the sunny living room of the apartment between city visits. We were too busy enjoying Paris for TV, but the apartment has a very modern TV. The kitchen is well equipped, including a fantastic espresso machine. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is rather quite. Highly recommended!

Elegant taste of truly living in Paris
This apartment was absolutely stunning! It has been tastefully remodeled to retain the charm of being in an old building yet has all the amenities of a high-end modern living space. The apartment is decorated in stylish antiques and the renovation has kept the character of the hardwood floors, the antique door knobs (that do work and lock well) and the amazing moldings on the ceiling. The kitchen is very well appointed with dinnerware and cookware should you want to stock up and eat in the home. The coffee maker is amazing! The bathroom has been redone to maximize space and includes a nice sized shower with a rain-style shower head or handheld wand and a towel warmer (which was wonderful to use). The two bedrooms are a very nice size with comfortable beds and pillows. The dining room and living room area is a perfect size for having other guests over should you choose to. The internet worked very well and although we did not use it, the TV it is a curved one with an excellent picture. There is a wonderful nook in the dining area where I sat each morning and had my coffee while overlooking the streets of Paris. The location of this apartment is amazing. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Notre Dame yet you are not staying in an area where there are many tourists. Our manager told us that this is where true Parisians live and work. There are 2 fabulous open-air markets nearby with wonderful produce, cheeses, scarves, handbags, jewelry, and home goods for sale. There are many cafes for dining options within a 5 - 10 minute walk or there are areas to catch a taxi or take the metro also within a short walk. The orientation to this apartment was very well organized and the manager was very responsive to meeting us at the building right away as we arrived earlier than expected. He was very professional, organized, and conveyed a sense of passion and love for his adopted city. I cannot recommend this lovely apartment highly enough to anyone considering a trip to Paris!

A Parisian Haven
My husband and I have rented flats in various arrondissements almost yearly for the past 20 years and this bright, beautiful, cozy, well appointed gem of home away from home apartment on rue Navarre is number one on our list. We loved the quiet street and great neighborhood with a fantastic central location that made it possible to walk everywhere we wanted. We had a wonderful time exploring the neighborhood and beyond. We were a five minute walk away from a three day a week open market, Marché Monge full of amazing foodie delights which made it possible to enjoy meals in the apartment. Another 10 minute walk and we were able to have our favorite petit déjeuner at Cafe Delmas on de la Contrescarpe. We fell in love with the amazing Jardin de Plantes also in our neighborhood. We appreciated the generous amount of space, having a living and dining room, a lovely bathroom, a modern, well appointed kitchen and two ultra comfortable bedrooms.
The apartment is arranged impeccably with tasteful and very comfortable furnishings. We marveled at the owners attention to detail which made our stay so pleasant and forever memorable. After our long travel it was great to be met by the kind manager who kindly gave us a tour of the flat and how to use all the appliances plus we were able to call him at any time if we needed help or had questions. To be sure, we were pampered. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks to having this sweet haven each day to begin and return to, this was one of the best stays we have ever enjoyed in the city we love, Paris!

Fantastic stay in Paris
Traditional beautifully furnished apartment in fantastic location for walking access to city sights and right across from metro. Very comfortable, clean, secure and quiet. Perfect place to stay. Recommend.

Elegant, Well-Appointed, Great Location
Fantastic apartment with great hosts. The beautiful sheets, well-equipped kitchen, jura coffee maker and elegant furnishings make this place very special. Less than 5 minutes to go to the local Butcher's shop, fromagerie and poissonnerie make it extra special.

Truly Charming Parisian Apartment
This is by far the best Paris apartment experience both my husband and I've had (on our 7th trip to Paris). It is ideally located, especially if you like the 5th arr. and want a sense of local life. It's in a quiet and brilliant location with great sunlight, lovely aspects and beautiful furnishings. Comfortable, welcoming and a real gem. The bathroom is tiny but was fine for the two of us and the stand-up shower is a winning touch. It has amenities and character aplenty, and lovely comfy beds, nice bed linens and towels etc. Better than the pictures suggest. Managers Stephen and Maeva were really helpful and friendly, with Maeva organising all our airport transfers for us and being there to greet us. We are self-catering so we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. A wonderful stay. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Excellent base
The apartment was an excellent base for a short 'artie' and 'foodie' break with our daughter, visiting galleries and eating well. Highly recommend it.
